The work, in the trench and on the truck.
We'll take any residential or commercial job, regardless of size. These are photos of real Shephard jobs around the Yakima Valley: mechanical rooms, open trenches, bath remodels, water heater installs, and the lettered white box trucks that carry the crew to all of it.
On every job the routine is the same. We come to the property, inspect your system and tell you the problem and the fix before work starts, then keep you updated through the whole repair or installation.
Gas Piping and mechanical rooms
Gas line installation is on the residential list, and mechanical work is part of the commercial side. These two rooms show the water heating equipment the crew sets and pipes up: tankless units on the wall and a bank of commercial heaters on copper headers.

New Construction
New plumbing, from the dig to the framing
Rough-in goes in while the walls are open, and water lines go in while the ground is open. When a trench is the right call, the crew digs it and lays the new line in before the yard goes back.

Remodels & Repairs
Fixtures, toilets, bath rough-ins and the plumbing behind a remodel, plus the repair calls that come in wet: a flooded yard drain does not wait for a convenient week.

Installations: tank, tankless and softener
When a pilot won't light or the tank has seized up, we repair if the parts allow it and replace if they don't, and the old tank leaves with us. Water Heaters, tankless units and water softeners are all part of the install list.

The trucks and the crew
Jeremy Shephard opened the shop on South 4th Avenue in 2014. Today a crew of name-tagged plumbers works out of a yard of lettered white box trucks, with the shop number painted on the side.
