Yakima plumbers for home repairs, remodels and new builds
Leaks, frozen pipes, faucets, toilets, water pressure and the rough-in for a new house. One crew, any job regardless of size.
Chapter 01
What fails first in a Yakima house
Most home plumbing trouble comes from a short list. A pipe starts leaking behind a wall or under a sink. A hose spigot freezes and splits on the first hard night of the year. The water pressure drops until the shower is a dribble, or climbs until the fittings start to complain. A toilet runs all night. A faucet that's been dripping for a year finally gives up.
None of it fixes itself, and a small leak left alone gets expensive. Water finds the cheapest way down, which is usually through a subfloor or into the ceiling of the room below. The sooner a plumber looks, the smaller the repair tends to be.
That's most of what the crew sees on a normal week: leaky and broken pipes, frozen pipes, worn faucets and fixtures, garbage disposals, toilets and low or high water pressure. We handle all of it, and we're happy to take the small jobs.

We look first, then tell you the fix
We come to the property, inspect the system and tell you what's wrong and what it takes to fix it before any work starts. Then we keep you updated through the job, so the repair doesn't turn into a surprise halfway through.
You also get to choose. A customer who needed a new kitchen faucet told us what kind she wanted, and the plumber went out, picked it up and had it installed inside the hour. When a fixture is your call, we treat it that way.
The same applies to the bigger decisions, like repiping a house with old supply lines or replacing a failing fixture. We lay out the options, you pick, and the crew gets to work.
Chapter 03
Rough-in, remodels and new construction
Rough-in is the part of the job nobody sees once the drywall goes up, which is exactly why it has to be right. Pipes run through open framing, drains get their slope, and every fitting is accessible while the wall is still a skeleton of studs.
Our plumbers are skilled in all areas of the trade, from repairs, to remodels, to new construction. A local builder can hand us a set of plans for a new build, and a homeowner putting up their own house can hand us the same thing. We run the water, drains and gas, then come back to set the fixtures when the finish work is done.
Remodels get the same care. A bath with a freestanding tub, a new vanity, a relocated sink: the plumbing behind it is where the project goes right or wrong. We also install gas lines and water softeners as part of the same visit.
Five things every homeowner should know
Know where your water main shutoff is, and make sure it turns. In a real leak, thirty seconds spent finding it is thirty seconds of water you don't have to clean up.
Know where the supply valves are under each sink and behind each toilet. Open and close them once a year so they don't freeze up. Before winter, disconnect the garden hoses and protect outdoor spigots and any pipes in unheated spaces. A split pipe in a crawl space is a lot easier to prevent than to repair.
Keep a good plunger in the house, because it solves more problems than any chemical drain product. And keep the number posted where everyone can find it: 509-728-3403, Monday to Friday, 7 to 5.
